Hello readers.

Welcome back to yet another blast of Si Yuan's rants.

Yup.

I think I shall write about the events that happened on Saturday. It's definitely more interesting that reading about how I went out with my friends today. i'll bet you that.

Well.

Here goes.

27th January 2007, Saturday

Well. It was considered a pretty wet day that day. I woke up at 8 or 9, went out jogging for a while, returned home SHIVERING cold. Not the weirdest thing that happened that day.

Met up with the lads at Plaza Singapura at about 4 pm. Saw Li Wei and Fel and her lil' bro. Guess they're together then. Li Wei couldnt stop smiling and I couldn't stop laughing.

Well, think we headed out to the National Stadium next, in a cab. We were handed those Red Nike Singapore Posters then, those slackers there handed out 2 at one go, trying to end their miserable low-paying job early. Well, it started raining the moment I was given those posters, so it must be a god-sent sign that we must hurry into the stadium.

Went inside, it was 5pm. At least a quarter of the stadium was filled. That's like 3 hour prematch. I was expecting a full stadium, but not that much enthusiastic fans like me. Hell, how wrong was I.

Minutes later, half the stadium was filled. By around 7pm, the stadium was packed. My cousin and Shao Hwee was finally there. We had a bunch of Malay dudes behind me, who called my name, well. I asked for it, wearing a United jersey with my name and the number 7 on it.

The players came on the pitch to welcome the fans, there was an audible difference in the welcome they received back. When Singaporean players treaded onto the field, there was a loud response from the crowd, mostly clapping and cheering. There was an even louder response from the crowd when Malaysia players came on, well. As you expected from typical Singaporean fans, booing and jeering. I was one of those typical Singaporeans. And yes, I'm proud to be one.

Prematch, 7 consecutive Kallang Wave. Never had I experinced this kind of atmosphere in any stadiums in a football match. Never in my life in the National Stadium. The National Day Parade pales in comparison. There was a funny dude who threw his baby up every single time the wave reached us. And he was like. Stop it la. I'm tired already. Lol

Justin sort of fell in love with an enormous looking lady that Fang Yi affectionately called Fo Xiang(Holy Sculpture)

The latter also folded hats for us using the Nike posters. A waste of them, really. But we just had too much of them.

Match started.

I'm a bit lazy to blog everything about it.

But here goes.

Singapore have booked a place in next week's Asean Football Championship final after beating Malaysia 5-4 on penalty kicks at the National Stadium on Saturday.

The second leg of the semi-final had ended 1-1 after extra time.

Substitute Mohd Khyril Muhymeen's poor spot kick was easily saved by Lionel Lewis and the defending champions now host either Thailand or Vietnam in the first leg of the final on January 31.

Earlier, Indra Sahdan, Noh Alam Shah, Mustafic Fahrudin, Fazrul Nawaz and Shi Jia Yi all scored from the spot for Singapore.

Eddy Helmi Abd Manan had given the vistors the lead in the 57th minute but even the Johor FC midfielder himself would have had to 'thank' Lionel Lewis for what was surely go down as a soft goal as far as Singapore were concerned.

Because just as he did with Muhammad Hardi Jaafar's mishit cross in the first leg, another rare error in judgement by the normally unflappable Home United goalkeeper had given the old enemy the lead.

And despite a huge push by Singapore late in the second half after Ridhuan Muhammad's 74th-minute equaliser, it seemed that even the highest scoring team in the tournament found the Malaysian rearguard too tough to crack.

Stand-in captain Indra was quiet by his high standards but he still caused Mohd Khaironnisam and company plenty of problems with some crafty off-the-ball running.

The Lions had made two changes to the side that held the Malaysians to a 1-1 draw in the first leg. Baihakki Khaizan deputised for the suspended Aide Iskandar in the middle of defence while Mustafic Fahrudin returned to his midfield enforcer's role.

Meanwhile, Malaysia coach Norizan Bakar named an unchanged line-up from Tuesday's match, which meant that Fauzie Nan kept his place in the starting eleven ahead of left wingback Irwan Fadli Idrus.

The latter has had a solid tournament so far and was expected to return after sitting the game at Shah Alam out through suspension.

The hosts started the game well, with midfielders Ridhuan and Isa Halim particularly lively in the opening 10 minutes.

Their fellow midfielder Shi Jia Yi was yet to break his goalscoring duck this tournament but he came pretty close as the stadium clock hit 10 minutes past eight.

But all the reward his wicked freekick from 25 metres out got, was to crash onto Syamsuri's side netting.

Alam Shah used his trademark hustling to good effect on the half hour mark to wrest posession from a hesitant Fauzie Nan in midfield. With Ridhuan steaming down the right flank in support, Alam Shah played a quick one-two with the former but the 27-year-old's attempt lacked power.

Eight minutes before the break, Malaysia's Hairuddin Omar broke free on the left flank and tried to place his shot into the far post but a timely tackle by the backtracking Baihakki saved the day for the team in blue.

Unfortunately for the team in yellow though, their burly midfielder Muhammad Shukor Adan blazed the loose ball high into the stands.

The tournament defending champions seemed to come out from the sheds with renewed vigour as they swamped the Malaysian half as soon as Hong Kong referee Cheung Yim Yau blew for the start of the second period.

Singapore wasted two excellent opportunities in the space of two minutes as Ridhuan and then Indra failed to hit the target despite only having Syamsuri to beat on both occasions.

Then came the shock goal by Eddy Helmi to give the Malaysians the advantage. There seemed to be little danger as the midfielder received a long pass from defender Nurhafiz Zamani Misbah.

But what looked nothing more than a speculative effort from the edge of the box somehow squirmed past Lionel's giant mitts and over the line to send the small army of Malaysian supporters into ecstasy.

Advantage Malaysia.

And Singapore knew it as they tried to work their way back into the tie but having to be wary of the inevitable counter attack led by the speedy Hairuddin.

Bennett whipped in another trademark cross from the left as the hosts launched another attack with a quarter of an hour left. Alam Shah did well to climb above his marker and get his head on the ball.

But before Syamsuri could smother the ball, Ridhuan came from literally nowhere to bundle the ball in from two metres out.

Indra and Jia Yi were perhaps the closest Singapore came to clinching the lead in the first period of extra time but neither really tested goalkeeper Syamsuri with their long range attempts.

Shukor was again Malaysia's culprit - this time early in the second period of extra time - as he took advantage of some hesitant Singapore defending but then somehow contrived to miss from five metres out despite only having Lionel to beat.

Perhaps unimpressed with the (lack of) luck his attacking players has been having all night, Nigerian-born Singapore defender Precious Emuejeraye let fly a rocket from all of 35 metres which Syamsuri tipped over for a corner four minutes before the end of extra time.

Well. This did not exactly happened during yesterday's match. But I'm just posting it just in case you are clueless about the prowess of the Singaporean Team.

Go on Singapore! Just Do It! We can win the Asean Cup hassle-free!

I'll blog about today when I feel less pain.

Ciao

I was walking down that
Lonely Road.
Longing to have someone
to hold

I'm holding on to your memory
That's deep in my heart
Longing for the day
We have a new start

When I think of you
The tears start to fall
Knowing in my life
I gave you my all

For the very first time
I'm seeing the pain
If I lose your love
I've nothing to gain

Please tell me my love
How can I describe
The hurt I feel so
Deep inside..

Each day I feel defeated
Even though I try
To reach for your love
As you say Goodbye.

Hello readers! I'm back! From that pathetic camp.. Heh.. during the 3 days.. I didnt' really feel that it's really worth staying over at.. But alas.. I have to anyway...

Good News for those over 21. Jackass 2 is out in Singapore! Dont forget to catch it.. It'll be really worth your time! I've already watched it through some other means.. xD

Anyway.. I'll blog about the camp.. Here we go!

Camp Day 1

I woke up at 6:50.. I was like.. OMG.. shit.. I'm going to be late.. so I rushed down quickly after taking a cold shower.. I forgot to switch on the heater =.=

Hoping to catch a TAXI, in the end took a bus, arrived at NYJC, then ran like mad towards school.. Fortunately for me.. I was just a mere 3 minutes away from being late. I better go bring back my stamina soon.. I panted like hell..

Then normal flag raising stuff.. Mr David Wong spoiled the mood by threatening to confiscate phones.. So some of us went to the toilet, pretending to change.. but we hid our phones.. some of them hid it in the sleeping bags.. I was the brightest of them all.. I hid them in my spongebob.. lol..

Went upstairs.. then trainers came in.. well.. I wasnt really sure whether i wanted to go to camp.. Then normal ice-breaking stuff.. there's no more walk from EXPO to CCAC..

Played some games la.. but ice doesnt seem broken at all.. Tried to be enthu.. but none of the other guys were doing the same.. so I'm like.. Sian..

Then break for a while.. then went to the place le.. Wei Chong's butt smells like shit. Can tell you that. When he stood up.. omg =.= "fragrance" spreaded out.

I can't really remember everything in detail.. but I think after that we surrendered our phones and wallets.. Then proceeded to do some cheer stuff. then I think go makan.. did some stupid makan cheer. I felt a full force stomache.. Reminds me. I havent done any business for 4 days. lol..

Then after that I think it's raft-building and kayaking.. Kayaking was fun! If you take away some bad stuff and the fact that jian liang keep hitting me with his paddle =.= We were damn fast too.. alot of ppl fall into the water.. including her..

Then after that.. some shower time.. but I didnt even touch water.. Went to steal Casey's powder.. Then I think it's dinner.. Cant' really remember stuff now.. Debriefing after that.. then shower le.. Didnt shower too.. Went to e6 bunk to sleep.. ours was really smelly.

Didnt really speak to her too..

Camp Day 2

Woke up at 5, someone hit me on the face. Went back to sleep.. Then felt very dirty, well because I didnt shower at all.. so I went to hit emmanuel.. he woke up.. we went to shower..Then I think after that it's breakfast.. then went to do some activity.. team-building one.. Alright.. we cheated. alot..

At the spiderweb thing.. we kinda tried hard to distract Ian from seeing us cheat.. lol.. it's kind of fun. If you can't do it the legal way, do it illegally.. Didnt get to do rockclimbing.. i was really looking forward to it.. well.. lunch after that?.. then we went to the zipline station.. I was actually next in line, then suddenly rain.. I felt really gutted.. but tried to smile it through.. knew that the camp was going to be shit.
Then rain rain rain.. did nothing at all.. Damn sian.. There's like a big ice-block in-between..
Then did more cheer stuff.. she seems really happy.. that makes me happy already.. thinking about it. it's really silly trying to steal a glance every 5 second or so. Lol. Think the camp must be really so boring.. I had nothing else to do..

Then after that cheer.. campfire.. then sleep.. Lol. Pok wore sexy pants! We were also parading our sexy pants around the site after that.. wahaha The camp boss damn nice.. let us walk around in the dark. xD Of course I think Pok sort of seduced him into that la..

Then after that I went back into bunk.. then suddenly Benjamin came in.. tell me that Adeline call me to come along with them too. I was like.. uh.. wth.. don't prank me la.. so late le.. Then I dunno what made me tag along with him.. I call emmanuel along too.. In the end.. we sneaked all the way to the toilet.. then the long hair guy caught us.. but he also dun dare to do anything in the end..

So.. they were there.. minus Shi Hui.. who went to sleep already.. reached there.. then I fell silent again.. Lol.. Bet it's kind of like a weird thing that needs time to overcome.. Then over there.. talk lor.. Didnt feel like the Sec 1 Camp that time.. Think it's because of the ppl around.. And Emmanuel looked really bright for once. Lol. No bad feeling, brother.

That malay dude went to catch us.. He really has a bad attitude. We went back.. Found Shao hwee with one leg OVER fang yi.. I was like.. LOL! Then talk to wenxun for a while.. Then I fell asleep..

I'll blog about Day 3 soon.. Catch ya later.

That's all folks

Heh.

I'll start on 11th Jan 07.

That was a good day. A big break from the normal bad, rainy cold days.(Though it was rainy and cold).. What happened then made it warm and sunny^^ I guess it's what you'd call radiating heat.. Forgot what happened in school.. Went to Bishan Library with WenXun and Jianan to have a "guys talk".. ROFL.

I guess it's just the male's counterpart to Girl's Talk.. Anyway.. after that.. they went home.. I went to Ang Mo Kio to wait for her.. What happens after.. hmm.. Let's just say it felt terribly good.

12th Jan 07..

Bad Day.. in a different sense.. You guys have to pardon me for my language after that dotted line..
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Got caught by that fucking freak in school for tucking out my shirt and she fucking gave me a detention and tried to fucking push down my hair in school. Of course it didnt work. My hair was far too short for anyone to push it down.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

If I had to create a list of top 10 shit teachers, she'd be way way on top of the list.. In fact, our discipline mistress would be able to claim second, and no one would dared to claim first. Well they'd be so intimidated by her.. "gentle" face.. and get seduced by her.. "sexy" figure.

After that.. I went home.. because i couldn't find anywhere to go.. Yea. that's pretty sad..

That's all folks

Good Night.

Hmm

Bad Day #2.

Sooner or later.. "I Had A Bad Day" would have to change to a bad week.. a bad month.. a bad summer.. a bad winter.. a bad year.. and stuff like that..

Today lessons still ok la.. Most teachers know me by now.. Not in a good sense.. lol.. I still have some maths homework to finish right now..

But heh.. who's going to ask me to do homework? No one..

Well I guess sometimes.. maybe most of the times things never go what you wanted them to go.. And stuff you least expect will happen..

So the solution to that would be to expect less.. and more will happen! Whee!

I just realised how god damn lonely in the school I am. All my friends are at other classes.. they aren't playing football anymore.. There's no one to crap with.. I'm very very discontented.. No one wants to talk.. even she doesnt want to talk.. I can only talk to my wall.. which I've given a name actually.. It's quite a nice name, so nice that I shall not divulge here.

Wahaha. The feeling tempted? Go talk to your wall. Maybe your wall knows my wall.. But you readers shouldn't be that lonely like me are you? I guess it has all to do with the Double Fish, that is the Pisces.. Well it's not double for no reason..

Well.. I gotta start talking to my mirror.. Maybe it might tell me more stuff.. Alright

That's all folks

Good Night.

Well. On a brighter note, I shall post about the Sec 1 Orientation camp soon. Yay. Feel happy about that. Not.

There's really nothing much to blog about when you're feeling down and all this crap.. Heh.. I don't know la..

That's all folks

Good Night.

why have you become like that.. we used to talk alot.. now you just give fucking one word replies.. ahh. think too much le. go sleep le.

We'll do it all
Everything
On our own

We don't need
Anything
Or anyone

If I lay here
If I just lay here
Would you lie with me and just forget the world?

I don't quite know
How to say
How I feel

Those three words
I said too much
They're not enough

If I lay here
If I just lay here
Would you lay with me and just forget the world?

Forget what we're told
Before we get too old
Show me a garden that's bursting into life

Let's waste time
Chasing cars
Around our heads

I need your grace
To remind me
To find my own

If I lay here
If I just lay here
Would you lay with me and just forget the world?

Forget what we're told
Before we get too old
Show me a garden that's bursting into life

All that I am
All that I ever was
Is here in your perfect eyes, they're all I can see

I don't know where
Confused about how as well
Just know that these things will never change for us at all

If I lay here
If I just lay here
Would you lay with me and just forget the world?

That's Chasing Cars, brought to you by Snow Patrol.

That's also all folks

Good Night.

Arrived in school at 7:00, Meeting already over.

Alright.. went to check out the 1e3s.. nah.. not enthu class. Sian.

Went up to my class.. den saw the rest of the guys.. all looks weird lol..

Den Flag raising.. Mr Ong didnt even bother checking.. he just walk past everyone.. then during class he sat me at the first seat of the second row.. Cnut..

I felt very very isolated there.. There was really no one to talk to there when all my friends are either behind or far far away at the far end corner.. Damn. Im starting to hate the class already with all the e7 ppl inside.. their sense of humour is definitely different from the e3s people... Argh. Weirdoes.. Then I didnt talk to her at all today.. lol.. why didnt I?..

Then some big-shot china teacher came up to me and thought she was the better one, asking me to tuck in my shirt and all those stuff.. asking me to cut my hair even though my form teacher(god bless) doesnt require it. Fuck off back to China you cnut.

Yeah. Hella to all you people out there.

Merry New Year!

And of course, have a really really really early Happy Christmas.

Yep. It's that time of the year again. Where the nation dresses in red, goes around other people's houses, knocks on the door and shouts, Trick or Treat!

Wait. That's Halloween. Oh. Lol. It's New Year.. Everyone goes around to relative's houses, and gives 2 oranges, in exchange for a red packet. Supposedly, if the relative wanted the visitor to have a good year, he or she would have to give more. (in that theory, my aunt must really want me to have a good year, and my neighbours really hate me)

Well Anyway, Yea. Let me blog about the few days I missed out on.
29th December, 2006

Pok msned me on 5pm, asking me whether I would love to join him to get some clothes, normally, I would have rejected that because anyone sane would have seen that it was pretty gay for 2 guys to shop for clothes, but luckily we had a girl join us, in the form of Shao Hwee. xD

Went there early, waited for them, Shao Hwee that bastard hid behind a tall and HUGE dude. Went to buy clothes, I hijacked Pok's ideal shirt, bought Spongeboxers. Yup. That's about all.

Alright. Here's 30th December, Two Thousand and Six.

It was a warm Saturday, and I really meant that. It was so hot it started to itch all over my body and SpongeBob( I feel that Spongebob is the cause of my itchness) Well Anyway, I woke up, checked my phone, surprisingly no one sent me anything, so I went to sleep.. Woke up saw 3 miss calls. Alright, time to take a shower! Rushed shower, Changed into new clothes.. then went to HarbourFront. Mm. They wouldn't let us sent them there..

At first only the guys were there.. then Yimei and Wanni came.. and came Val, Ziyu and Shi Hui. Alright, we were good to go! So altogether there was Feng Rong, Pok, Pok, Wen Xun, Pok, Emmanuel, Val, Ziyu, Shi Hui, Yimei, Wanni, and yours truly.

Not exactly the best movie we watched, because Wen Xun watched it before, some of them watched Death Note already.. and none of them are old enough to watch Borat. Lol. Yup She didnt wear it.

We went around Vivo for a while, played at the arcade, the table hockey, that was real fun. Emmanuel hit my hands so many times, it would have broke if I wasn't pumped with adrenalin. Then went some pet shop, then went to cinema I think.

I sat next to her, and painfully, had to endure my full-blast bladder throughout the movie, thirsty as hell.. and those sarcastic bastards behind. Of course there was one more thing I had to endure. I tried to tip-finger to her hand at the start of the movie.. but gave up near the end because the bladder was too much. Lol.

Went out of the cinema, rushed into a cubicle and released God knows how much piss. Saw those sarcastic bastards, stared right at them.

I think that's about all I would tell you stalkers who are reading this blog. The rest of it is far too.. revealing xD

Then today Teh and Pok and Teh and Pok came my house.. that's about all.

That's all folks

Good Night..

Let's do it again sometime.
